Virtual participation 

The main problem posed for a TV music conference is the problem of playing video over zoom, which frequently makes the sound inaudible. For delegates presenting 'virtually', we will be requesting video files of your presentations, probably at least a fortnight in advance of the conference dates to enable processing and uploading. These will be made available to all delegates in advance, but also screened by us during the relevant sessions - you'll be attending by Zoom and taking Q&A live, but won't need to present live or screen your video live. 

 (NB when we say 'video files' we do not mean a PwP file with embedded audio; we mean a presentation rendered in MP4 or similar video format.) But don't panic if such things don't come naturally to you! Our RNCM Sound & Video colleagues will be preparing some instructions for us, and we'll help anyone with queries about the process.
